Members of our church have access to our Church Management Software called Elvanto to enable you to view our Members and Friends Directory online through a secure login. You have the ability to update your profile with your current contact information, birthday, emergency contact details, and even a profile photo. You can select privacy settings so that only your preferred information is shown to other members.
As part of our reporting obligations and pastoral care follow up, we collect additional information such as baptism dates, church attendance and allergies that enable us to better provide ministry in our Safe Church context. Please be assured that your information is stored securely and privately. Access to our information is provided to staff and volunteers with appropriate permission levels granted depending on the needs or the role. If you do not have internet access you can continue to update your details through the office and receive a printed member directory once a year.
